That rope is short. It needs to be long. Having the rope at such a steep angle greatly increases the difficulty by pulling the feet in towards the center.

The only problem with his presentation is that he does not take into account that it is harder to lose weight as you get older. Over 7 or 8 years if you are older than 40 your metabolism slows down and if you eat the same amount you will gain weight. At least that my experience.

My friends father has parkinsons. One time his father joined us for soccer and he was able to run and maneuver well but once he stopped moving he would get stiff again. As long as he was running he would be able to move okay but once he is at a stand still, he would shrivel back to his former state. Now that he is in his 70s he is in a much worse state and is now in a nursing home unfortunately and fully dependent. At times they don't treat him well.
